General Rules and Regulation of the school
The school gate will be closed exactly at 8:00 am everyday. Late comers will have to report to the Principal before being admitted.
Irregular attendance, disobedience and undesirable conduct on the part of the students will be appropriately tackled with the co-operation of their guardians.
There will be a general regularity record at the back of the school diary. All communication between the guardian and the school will be done through it. Once a student report in the first period, he/she will not be allowed to go away from the school during the school hours. In case of sudden illness / accident of any student, he/she will be sent home accompanied by the school staff with prior information to the guardian.
Attendance in all examinations is compulsory. 80% attendance is compulsory for eligibility to appear in exams and for promotion for all classes. Board examinees should have 80% attendance to be eligible to fill up the form. As per CBSE norms they have to pass in all subjects in the first practice test to qualify for the Board examination form
If a student has to go back home at the request of the parent/guardian due to any emergency situation at home, then the person who will come to collect the child must be identified by the parent/guardian over telephone and his photograph will be clicked and retained by the school.
The school attempts its best to ensure, the safety of the children within the school but the responsibility for escorting to and from school or from the school transport pickup points, rests with the guardians. If a child is found without a guardian at the respective bus stop, the child will be accompanied back to school. The child can be collected by the guardian from the school campus
The school will bear no responsibility if the children stay out of the school during working hours in school uniform clandestinely.
Pupils must bring the prescribed textbooks and notebooks to the class. No books other than the textbooks, VCDs, electronic gadgets etc should be brought to the school. Use of mobile phone in the school is prohibited. Mobile phones, I-pods are not allowed in the school for all classes and will be confiscated if found.
